Stepping forward into “cultural humility”

We are always working here on a paradigm shift. Consider, if we don’t know, then we are anxious, feel inferior, and are afraid of being exposed,

But if you are soaked by the Being paradigm with the unconditional love of God and family, you are fully ready for “Who cares?! GOD CARES!” “Lord, send me, here I am (Isaiah 6).”

It’s not being pushed over, it’s walking by faith 🙏🤗

Be God’s beloved child unconditionally and apply Psalm 27:1

“The LORD is my light and my salvation;

whom shall I fear?

The LORD is the stronghold of my life;

of whom shall I be afraid?”

Cultural humility comes with not imposing your own value on others but respecting the people’s values you are serving. It’s stepping out of “cultural competence” and into “cultural humility”. We need to grow in the safe characteristic of cultural humility for the belonging journey ahead together.
